I just thought I’d share this great FREE course with you that I came across on Coursera.

The course looks at the biggest challenges facing global health and how these have evolved over time. It also explores successful international strategies to promote health. It looks like a great introduction to global health or tropical medicine. So why not enrol? I’ll write a review of it, once it has been completed.
